DESCRIPTION:Secrétariat d'Etat à la formation\, à la recherche et à l'
 innovation (SEFRI/SERI)\nSweden and Switzerland are jointly announcing a b
 i-lateral Call for outlines for joint innovation projects under all suitab
 le EUREKA instruments. The Call is open for all SWII topics\, but focuses 
 on the development of products and services within:\n		Life science: no su
 btopics identified\, open for all project ideas within life science\n	\n		
 Smart factories: see the list of subtopics identified\n\nEligible partners
  are invited to present joint outlines for market-oriented\, innovative R&
 D projects according to the following procedures:\n1. Qualifications\n\n		
 The consortium should include at least one SME\n	\n		The project must have
  an obvious advantage and added value resulting from the cooperation betwe
 en the participants from the two countries\n	\n		The project should demons
 trate the contribution of the participants from both countries in a balanc
 ed way\, and the project must be significant to both countries\n	\n		Partn
 ers from other EUREKA countries may also participate. This requires fundin
 g from their respective home countries.\n		 \n\n2. Submission and the app
 roval procedures will be of two phases:\n\n		In the first phase:\n		- Part
 ners are encouraged to submit a short project outline\n		- The completed p
 roject outlines of the phase 1 should be submitted to the\n		  Eureka off
 ices in Sweden and Switzerland (main contact) simultaneously\n		  with co
 py to all partners of the project until 27th November 2015\,\n		  by emai
 l (no physical documents needed).\n		 \n	\n		In the second phase\, the pa
 rtners will be notified of the results within the shortest possible delay 
 after the submission (about 2-3 weeks).\n		- Partners with approved outlin
 es will be recommended to submit their full\n		  applications according t
 o national procedures to Eureka or international\n		  procedures to Euros
 tars.\n		- In cases where Eureka and Eurostars do not seem to be suitable\
 , SERI\n		  and VINNOVA can propose other funding measures.\n		 \n\nFor
