DESCRIPTION:Research Office\nBerrow Foundation Lord Florey Scholarships ar
 e open to candidates of Swiss or Liechtenstein nationality\, domiciled in 
 either Switzerland or Liechtenstein\, who are graduates from any Swiss uni
 versity\, including the ETHZ and the EPFL\, and who must not be more than 
 five years beyond graduation from the first degree (except for candidates 
 in medicine\, for whom the five years limit dates from obtaining the Feder
 al Diploma in medicine).\nThey are intended for candidates accepted to rea
 d for a graduate degree in medical\, chemical or biochemical sciences at O
 xford University as members of Lincoln College. The successful candidates 
 will also have access to a generous research fund to assist them to attend
  conferences at which they wish to present papers or posters.\nProspective
  candidates should note that research which involves the use of human embr
 yos or their creation\, including by cloning\, or the use of human embryon
 ic stem cells will NOT be funded by this Foundation.\nFurther particulars
