 ng scheme fosters staff exchange between the academic and the non-academic
  sector and between European and non-European countries.\nRISE projects ar
 e carried out within the framework of a consortium involving 3 or more par
 tners. The RISE funding scheme is bottom-up\, meaning there are no topics 
 predefined by the European Commission.\nOrganisations actively involved in
  research/innovation are invited to propose joint projects. Support is pro
 vided for the development of partnerships in the form of joint research an
 d innovation activities between the participants.\nThe 2016 RISE call for 
 proposals opens on 8 December 2015 and closes on 28 April 2016. It has an 
 overall budget of €80 million.Euresearch organizes an information sessio
