DESCRIPTION:Swiss based researchers may participate in a running COST Acti
 on if Switzerland is a member of such an action.\nShould this not be the c
 ase swiss researchers can request to be associated by sending a Statement 
 of interest that briefly outlines the reasons and the benefits linked with
  their participation to cost@sbfi.admin.ch. The SERI will then pre-nominat
 e the Management committee members and a research proposal may be submitte
 d.\nThe evaluation process takes approximately 6 months and the success ra
 te is 20-25%. A maximum of 200\,000 CHF is awarded over 3 years.
