 ethods and computing power has had a large impact on society as well as ac
 ademia.\n\nAs a new field on the rise\, digital musicology is still in ear
 ly stages of exploring the potential of digital technologies and methods.\
 n\nQuestions concerning how these may be employed for addressing (and adap
 ting) core musicological questions have been the focus of recent interdisc
 iplinary debates.\n\nIn this talk\, I will illustrate ways of bringing tog
 ether questions from musicology and music analysis with formal and computa
 tional methods and discuss opportunities and current challenges.
