 ctives:\nThis workshop is for advanced PhD students and post- docs (or sim
 ilar status).Objectives: \n\n		Receive information about funding organisa
 tions and suitable funding possibilities especially for women researchers 
 (Switzerland and EU) and in respect of the academic level and career plann
 ing \n	\n		Know the most important features about planning and preparing 
 an application and a research project • Practical exercises: analysis of
  the current own career situation and work on the first part of an applica
 tion. \n	\n		Group coaching: participants present and discuss their caree
 r concept within the group and receive feedback by the trainer.\nMethods\n
 Theory by the trainer combined with individual work\, practical exercises\
 , group discussion and feedback.  Preliminary practical exercises: analys
 is of the current own career situation and work on the first part of an ap
 plication. This part will be prepared by the participants and sent two wee
 ks before the course starts and according to trainer’s requirementsRegis

 institutions. Registration is done online and opens 6 weeks before the cou

  female academics of the next generation and for women professors of the u
 niversities of French-speaking Switzerland\, HES-SO and EPFL. The REGARD p
 rogramme is organized by the gender equality offices those institutions.\n
 The objective of the REGARD program is to develop skills and offer concret
 e tools for career management and supervision. These workshops also create
  spaces for discussion and exchange of experiences among researchers. They
  also aim to increase awareness of gender equality issues in academic care
 ers.
