 n Center!  \nThe Welcome Address will be given by Prof. Patrick Aebischer
  followed by keynote speakers ICRC Director General Yves Daccord and UNESC
 O Assistant Director-General for Natural Sciences\, Dr. Flavia Schlegel.\n
 The 2016 Conference From Innovation to Social Impact focuses on innovative
  technologies in the Global South in the following fields:\n		Technologies
  for Humanitarian Action\n	\n		Sustainable Access to Energy\n	\n		ICT for 
 Development\n	\n		Disaster Risk Reduction\n	\n		Urban Development\n	\n		Me
 dical Technologies\n\nThe Conference will be attended by around 400 partic
 ipants bringing together researchers\, representatives from NGOs\, interna
 tional organizations and the private sector.\nThe program and the session 
 details (27 sessions\, 75 paper and 35 poster presentations) are available
