DESCRIPTION:Pour être complète\, l’appréhension de l’architecture d
 evrait faire appel à tous nos sens. La prolifération des images a tendan
 ce à privilégier la vue seule\, c’est oublier que l’architecture est
  aussi un corps résonnant De la rumeur d’une ville à la réverbératio
 n d’une pièce\, le son est partout. Pour l’exposition\, plusieurs art
 istes / architectes / ingénieurs / musiciens font vibrer l’espace par d
 es « phénomènes acoustiques » couvrant un large spectre du domaine\, c
 omme autant « d’arrêts sur son » à regarder et à écouter pour comp
 rendre un peu de l’univers sonore dans lequel nous évoluons. Les instal
 lations sonores sont mises en résonance avec des oeuvres « muettes »\, 
 entre elles s’instaure une conversation au travers de laquelle les auteu
 rs expriment et confrontent leurs approches. L’ensemble de ces oeuvres c
 ompose une promenade que nous souhaitons retentissante et qui va transform
 er l’espace Archizoom en une vaste chambre d’écho dans laquelle\, com
 me une variation sur le titre énigmatique de Claudel\, l’oeil est invit

 etely\, all of our senses should be apprehended. The increased presence of
  images surrounding us nowadays is starting to privilege sight alone – w
 hich makes us forget that architecture is also a whole capable of resonanc
 e. Sound is omnipresent\, from the rumblings of a city to the reverberatio
 ns of a room. For the exhibition\, many artists / architects / engineers /
  musicians will tune the space with “acoustic phenomena” that cover th
 e greater part of the spectrum. These will act like “sonic freeze-frames
 ” that may be heard and observed to understand a bit more of the sound-f
 illed world which we inhabit. The acoustic installations are on par with 
 “mute” ones\, thereby forming a conversation through which the authors
  can express their respective approaches. This body of works maps a ringin
 g journey that will transform the Archizoom space into a vast echo chamber
 \, where\, in the words of Claudel\, the eye is invited to listen. Monday
