DESCRIPTION:Claudia Scheimbauer\n(MPIM Bonn)\nAfter giving an introduction
to functorial field theories I will explain a natural generalization ther
eof\, called "twisted" field theories by Stolz-Teichner. The definition us
es the notion of lax or oplax natural transformations of strong functors o
f higher categories for which I will sketch a framework. I will discuss th
e fully extended case\, which gives a comparison to to Freed-Teleman's "re
lative" boundary field theories. Finally\, I will explain some examples\,
one of which is given by factorization homology and whose target is the hi
gher Morita category of E_n-algebras\, bimodules\, and intertwiners\, and
 generalizations thereof.
