DESCRIPTION:\nCeltic-Plus is the industry-driven European research program
 me for implementing the vision of a Smart Connected World. It covers a bro
 ad range of areas in ICT\, including communication infrastructures\, servi
 ces\, applications and multimedia.\n\nCeltic-Plus gives proposers almost l
 imitless freedom in regard to what research topic they can explore in thei
 r ICT research project. The philosophy of the programme is to facilitate p
 rojects in a bottom-up way\, thus offering projects the chance of both evo
 lutionary as well as disruptive innovation in all relevant ICT areas\, wit
 hout limiting their creativity and ambition.\n\nSubmission deadline: 07 Ap
 ril 2017\n\nFunding: Between 1 M€ and up to more than 70 M€ in total p
 roject budget\, and include from 2 to over 50 partners\n\nDuration: Typica
