 s as well as challenges. They can be important factors for success in an a
 cademic career\, and are nowadays even seen as an essential requirement in
  many cases.\n\nIn this workshop\, we will discuss opportunities\, challen
 ges and impact of mobility. Participants will receive practical informatio
 n and feedback on how to organize a move abroad and short-term travelling.
 \n\nFinally\, participants will be encouraged to self-reflect on their nee
 ds and motivations in order to make a grounded decision regarding mobility
  in their own lives.
