DESCRIPTION:Dr Dmitry Levkov (INR RAS)\nWe consider (1+1)-dimensional di
laton gravity with reflecting\ndynamical boundary. The boundary cuts off t
he region of strong\ncoupling and makes the model causally similar to the
 multidimensional\nspherically-symmetric gravity. We\ndemonstrate that this
model is exactly solvable at the classical level\nand possesses an on-she
 ll SL(2\,R) symmetry. After introducing general\nclassical solution\, we s
tudy in detail a large class of particular\nsolutions describing reflectio
n of matter waves off the boundary at\nlow energies and formation of black
holes at energies above critical. \nWe argue that  despite being exactl
y solvable\, the model in the\ncritical regime\, i.e. at the verge of blac
 k hole formation\, displays\ndynamical instabilities specific to chaotic s
 ystems.
