 anaging a team. It will allow you to explore and pilot different approache
 s and techniques for managing a small team.  Specifically\, it will assis
 t you with:\n\n	Setting the tone and making the ’right’ impression in 
 a new group\n	Establishing effective habits for discussion and debate\n	Im
 posing appropriate tools for decision making\n	Implementing strategies for
  resolving disagreements\n	Managing subordinate\, superordinate and peer i
 nteractions\n	Developing your personal leadership style\n\n\nApproach\nPar
 ticipants will work individually and in small groups on a variety of refle
 ctive and practical exercises designed to assist them in identifying and d
 eveloping the techniques which fit with their personal leadership style. C
 onstructive\, individual feedback will be provided collaboratively by the

 rd\n\nThe REGARD programme is addressed to young female academics of the n
 ext generation and for women professors of the universities of French-spea
 king Switzerland\, HES-SO and EPFL. The REGARD programme is organized by t
 he gender equality offices those institutions.\n\nThe objective of the REG
 ARD program is to develop skills and offer concrete tools for career manag
 ement and supervision. These workshops also create spaces for discussion a
 nd exchange of experiences among researchers. They also aim to increase aw
 areness of gender equality issues in academic careers.
