 nopsis (english below) : \nDans un futur proche\, l'humanité est mainten
 ant capable d'implanter entièrement l'esprit humain dans un corps cybern
 étique. Cela a permis d'améliorer considérablement les prouesses physiq
 ues et cybernétiques de l'humain et la frontière entre les deux mondes 
 s'effacent peu à peu. Cependant\, les criminels peuvent également utilis
 er pleinement cette technologie\, permettant de nouveaux crimes\, toujours
  plus dangereux. En réponse\, le gouvernement japonais crée la Section 9
 \, une unité de police indépendante qui s'occupe de ces crimes très com
 pliqués à gérer.\n\nDirigée par Daisuke Aramaki et Motoko Kusanagi\, l
 a Section 9 gère ces crimes avec un taux de succès élevé. Mais face à
  un nouveau hacker de classe A surnommé « le Rieur »\, l'équipe se ret
 rouve dans un dangereux jeu du chat et de la souris et suit la trace du ha
 cker grâce aux indices qu'il laisse un peu partout au Japon.\n\nEnglish :
 \nIn the not so distant future\, mankind has advanced to a state where com
 plete body transplants from flesh to machine is possible. This allows for 
 great increases in both physical and cybernetic prowess and blurring the l

 named "The Laughing Man\," the team is thrown into a dangerous cat and mou
 se game\, following the hacker's trail as it leaves its mark on Japan.
