 ore ? Faites le point et laissez-vous fertiliser par les échanges entre c
 ollègues afin de relancer votre motivation.\n\nCet atelier vous propose d
 e :\n\n	faire le point de votre évolution suite au premier atelier\n	rega
 rder votre degré de satisfaction sur l’évolution de votre carrière\n	
 renforcer votre leadership personnel\n	valider votre autorité\n	définir 
 vos besoins actuels et vos stratégies pour continuer à avancer\n\nL’at
 elier se déroule en une journée. Une réflexion préparatoire sera propo

 ore the course begins:  www.unifr.ch/regard\n\nThe REGARD programme is ad
 dressed to young female academics of the next generation and for women pro
 fessors of the universities of French-speaking Switzerland\, HES-SO and EP
 FL. The REGARD programme is organized by the gender equality offices those
  institutions.\n\nThe objective of the REGARD program is to develop skills
  and offer concrete tools for career management and supervision. These wor
 kshops also create spaces for discussion and exchange of experiences among
  researchers. They also aim to increase awareness of gender equality issue
 s in academic careers.
