DESCRIPTION:Clif Kussmaul is Co-PI for multiple Process Oriented Guided In
 quiry Learning grants from the US National Science Foundation and Google. 
 He has led guided inquiry learning workshops for the American Society of E
 ngineering Education\, among others across the US and south India\, where 
 he was a Fulbright scholar. He is an Associate Professor at Muhlenberg Col
 lege\, USA and holds a PhD from UC Davis.\nParticipants will experience a 
 simulated inquiry/discovery-based laboratory experiment\, examine its esse
 ntial characteristics and use them to critically analyze activity structur
 e. Models for constructing effective inquiry activities and labs will be a
