 t scientists in their career planning process and to allow participants in
 terchanging (Peer-Mentoring) and improving personal networking\n- To make 
 participants aware of possible alternatives to academic careers\n- To supp
 ort them in decision reframing\, in creativity processes\, in getting over
  past conflicts\, help them reflecting their own situation\n- To support t
 hem in applying for new jobs (how to improve application documents\, prepa
 ration for interviews)\n\n\nMethods\nWorkshops\, working groups\, individu
 al works\, presentations\, talks\, role play exercises\, coaching tools
