  team?\nAs academia supposes collaboration among various players who see t
 he world in different ways\, this workshop specially designed for post-doc
 s\, MER\, and professors is two-folded.\nFirst\, it will assist you to cre
 ate the best environment to generate and enhance creativity\, fully-engage
  to your team and to foster collaborative approach. Second\, while diversi
 ty between people makes a team more effective\, creative and innovative\, 
 conflicts may become pretty much inevitable. As constructive conflict is a
  component of high-functioning teams\, this participative workshop will em
 power you to prevent clashes and to handle conflicts toward mutually benef
 icial solutions\, cultivating a collaborative setting.\n\nObjectives:\n\n

 gramme is addressed to young female academics of the next generation and f
 or women professors of the universities of French-speaking Switzerland\, H
 ES-SO and EPFL. The REGARD programme is organized by the gender equality o
 ffices those institutions.\n\nThe objective of the REGARD program is to de
 velop skills and offer concrete tools for career management and supervisio
 n. These workshops also create spaces for discussion and exchange of exper
 iences among researchers. They also aim to increase awareness of gender eq
 uality issues in academic careers.
