 you background information on the SEWP Programme and highlight upcoming ca
 lls\n\nThe European Union is faced with big disparities in research excell
 ence and innovation performance between the different Member States and As
 sociated countries. Therefore\, the specific objective “Spreading Excell
 ence and Widening Participation (SEWP)" was introduced in Horizon 2020. \n
 In a nutshell\, it is about measures to increase cooperation and knowledge
  transfer between the Widening Countries and other Member States (MS) and 
 Associated Countries (AC\, eg Switzerland).\n\nThis webinar will provide a
 n overview on SEWP funding opportunities and will in particular highlight 
 the upcoming call WIDESPREAD-05-2017 which has the objective to strengthen
  a field of research (no thematic restrictions) between a widening country
  and any two internationally-leading research institutions in other MS or
