DESCRIPTION:\nWelfare and Coercion - Past\, Present and Future\n\nNRP 76 a
 ims to generate scientific insights into past and future developments as w
 ell as the social repercussions of welfare and coercion in Switzerland. NR
 P 76 comprises five modules:\n\n	Fundamental rights and state action\,\n	F
 ederal structure and eco-nomic factors\,\n	Discourses and their effects\,\
 n	Impact on the persons affected and Stabilising and\n	Dynamising factors.
 \n\n\nSubmission deadlines: A two-stage submission procedure is in place: 
 pre-proposals are submitted first (deadline 26.06.2017)\, followed by full
  proposals upon invitation (deadline 08.01.2018)\nFunding: Between CHF 400
 \,000 and CHF 600\,000 (this range is given as a reference point\, i.e. sm
 aller and larger budgets are possible.\nDuration: Between 30 months and 48
  months (approved projects must start no later than three months after the
