DESCRIPTION:The solar-powered house that will compete in the USA opens its
  doors on Saturday\, 10th June.\n\nThe NeighborHub\, a solar-powered house
  that was entirely designed and built by students\, will soon be ready for
  transport to the United States for the international Solar Decathlon 201
 7\, which will be held in October.\n \nBefore it begins its long journey 
 across the ocean\, the NeighborHub will open its doors to you. The student
 s involved in the project will take you and your family on a guided tour a
 nd the event will also include interactive activities relating to such top
 ics as energy\, mobility\, materials\, biodiversity\, food\, waste managem
 ent and water management.\n \nThe NeighborHub will open its doors to the
  general public on Saturday 10 June\, from 10.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. on the 
 site of the smart living lab (EPFL Fribourg) where it was built.
