graphy on Kaplan website)\nThere's much research about how learning can be
enhanced by the right kinds of learning experiences. Rather than random w
alks with technology ("Video is great\, right?")\, we'll talk about what i
t means to become "learning engineers": applying learning science at scale
.  We'll discuss models that recent learning science suggest we can apply
to our learning designs\, show examples of how this work can make a diffe
rence "in the wild"\, and talk a bit about the actual process of installin
g "learning engineering" at scale in an organization (its own difficult pr
 oblem!).
