 , participants will have methods and tools to successfully develop\, manag
 e and supervise research projects. They will be able to:\n\n	set project o
 bjectives\n	structure and plan a project\n	define roles and responsibiliti
 es in projects\n	create the project budget\n	manage risks\n	establish a co
 mmunication plan\n	guide and control projects in a flexible and meaningful
  way.\n\n\nThe workshop addresses the following questions:\n\n	What is a p
 roject and what are the main impact factors?\n	What should I do to success
 fully complete my research projects?\n	How should I structure\, plan and g
 uide my projects?\n	How should I communicate with my stakeholders (prof.\,
  team members\, sponsors\, …)?\n\n\nApproach\nNo prior knowledge of proj
 ect management is required for this very practical course. Theoretical inp
 uts will be applied during group exercises. All participants\nshould be wo

 essed to young female academics of the next generation and for women profe
 ssors of the universities of French-speaking Switzerland\, HES-SO and EPFL
 . The REGARD programme is organized by the gender equality offices those i
 nstitutions.\n\nThe objective of the REGARD program is to develop skills a
 nd offer concrete tools for career management and supervision. These works
 hops also create spaces for discussion and exchange of experiences among r
 esearchers. They also aim to increase awareness of gender equality issues 
 in academic careers.
