 ain Project is delighted to host a three day Conference – Neuromodulati
 on of Neural Microcircuits NM² from September 18th to 20th\, 2017. The C
 onference will be held at the SwissTech Convention Center\, EPFL on Septe
 mber 18th and 19th and at the Campus Biotech in Geneva on September 20th.\
 n\nNeuromodulators dynamically reconfigure neural microcircuits and shape 
 brain states by controlling the function of neurons and glia\, dendrites\,
  and synapses.\n\nNM2 will bring together world-leading experts to:\n\n	Id
 entify the state-of-the-art mechanisms of the neuromodulation of neural mi
 crocircuits\n	Illuminate various strategies enabling the measurement of ne
 uromodulatory states in brain health and disease\n	Integrate knowledge to 
 build a unifying view of the neuromodulation of different brain regions\n	
 Inform and attract new talent to drive forward neuromodulation research\n	
 Inspire future directions that will transform our understanding of the neu
 romodulation of brain function and dysfunction and therapeutic interventio
 n\n\nNM2 has an exciting program with a stimulating line-up of world-lead
 ing scientists! Please mark your calendars to participate in shaping the f
 uture course of neuromodulatory research!\n\nRegistration is mandatory and
  includes coffee breaks\, lunch\, refreshments and poster sessions.\n\nPhD
 . students and postdocs are particularly encouraged to participate by subm
 itting poster abstracts. Some abstracts will be selected for flash talks.\
 n\nEDNE PhD. students can register to the associated course. \n\nEarly bi
 rd registration is open until July 31st\, 2017.\nAbstract submission is op
 en until August 13th\, 2017.
