  demos is organized at EPFL-IIG within the framework of Virtual Switzerlan
 d\, the CTI national network for immersive technologies and virtual enviro
 nments simulations. In collaboration with EPFL-LNCO\, the IIG research gro
 up is exploiting full-body movements in immersive virtual environments to 
 better understand the human sense of Embodiment and to achieve new classes
  of tasks such as the acquisition or rehabilitation of coordinated movemen
 ts. The presentation will first highlight the results of a Master project 
 allowing to increase/decrease the amplitude of gestures while preserving t
 he consistency of self-contacts. In a second part\, a live retarging algor
 ithm will illustrate the possibility to control the body of a different pe
 rson or virtual creature while preserving the coherence of the posture in 
 terms of contacts.\nRegistration is free but compulsory due to the demo ro
 om limited capacity.
