 needed when setting out to do a research project. Because such knowledge i
 s essential for a successful career not only in the academia but also in t
 he public/private sector\, project management (PM) training is becoming in
 creasingly important among scientists around the world.\n\nSPECIFIC OBJECT
 IVES OF THE COURSE\nDefine innovative projects and write successful resear
 ch proposals\nPlan\, track and control research projects\nDefine budgets\n
 Identify and mitigate risks\nDefine roles and responsibilities in research
  projects\nEstablish communication concepts\nApply selected project manage
 ment methods and tools effectively to their own research projects and/or t
