DESCRIPTION:Dmitri Semikoz (APC Paris\, Moscow)\nIn this talk I will  sh
ow that standard static model of galactic cosmic rays \nsuggested in 1990
th  is in direct contradiction with large number of modern \nobservation
s\, which include measured variability of cosmic ray flux in Galaxy\,\nmag
netic field measurements and large number of anomalies in local cosmic ray
\nobservations. I will  present new model of galactic cosmic rays\, \n
which   takes into account anisotropic  propagation of cosmic rays \n
and explain multiple anomalies in the cosmic ray data \n by adding the e
ffects of a 2 million year old nearby supernova. \nIn particular\, this s
upernova can explain the excess of positrons \nand antiprotons above 20 G
eV found by PAMELA and AMS-02\, the discrepancy in the slopes \nof the sp
ectra of cosmic ray protons and heavier nuclei in the TeV-PeV energy rang
e \nand the plateau in cosmic ray dipole anisotropy  in the 2-50 TeV ene
rgy range.  \nSame supernova was responsible  for  Fe60  measured in o
 cean crust.
