 proaches and techniques for managing a small team. Specifically\, it will 
 assist you with:\n\n	Setting the tone and making the ‘right’ impressio
 n in a new group\n	Establishing effective habits for discussion and debate
  habits\n	Imposing appropriate tools for decision making\n	Implementing st
 rategies for resolving disagreements\n	Managing subordinate\, superordinat
 e and peer interactions\n	Developing your personal leadership style\n\nApp
 roach\nParticipants will work individually and in small groups on a variet
 y of reflective and practical exercises designed to assist them in identif
 ying and developing the techniques which fit with their personal leadershi
 p style. Constructive\, individual feedback will be provided collaborative

 ://www.unifr.ch/regard  \nThe REGARD programme is addressed to young fema
 le academics of the next generation and for women professors of the univer
 sities of French-speaking Switzerland\, HES-SO and EPFL. The REGARD progra
 mme is organized by the gender equality offices those institutions.  \nTh
 e objective of the REGARD program is to develop skills and offer concrete 
 tools for career management and supervision. These workshops also create s
 paces for discussion and exchange of experiences among researchers. They a
 lso aim to increase awareness of gender equality issues in academic career
 s. \n
