 s\n\n	How could you feel more competent\, worthy\, valuable\, and capable 
 of doing things? What would enable you to address adversity with calm and 
 resolve?\n	How could you create conditions around you that would foster yo
 ur ideas and projects?\n	How could you develop courage to fight for what i
 s important to you and to say No to what is not?\n\nAlthough these questio
 ns seem very personal\, they are actually widely shared and universal. Mos
 t people have doubts and struggle at times with their self-image\, selfacc
 eptance and confidence. Research shows consistently\, that developing thes
 e aspects is highly correlated to coping with life challenges\, and emotio
 nal well-being.\nThis workshop is designed to help you identify ways to fo
 ster positive self-image\, to transform limiting beliefs into self-compass
 ion\, and to increase your “power to act”.\n \nApproach\nThrough expe
 rience sharing\, discovery of tools like cultivating self-care and mindful
 ness\, as well as via the analysis of concrete situations\, each participa
 nt will be able to make another step on her/his path of professional and p
 ersonal growth.\n \nDuration\n2 consecutive days + half a day follow-up\n

 eeks before the course begins:  http://www.unifr.ch/regard  \nThe REGARD
  programme is addressed to young female academics of the next generation a
 nd for women professors of the universities of French-speaking Switzerland
 \, HES-SO and EPFL. The REGARD programme is organized by the gender equali
 ty offices those institutions.  \nThe objective of the REGARD program is 
 to develop skills and offer concrete tools for career management and super
 vision. These workshops also create spaces for discussion and exchange of 
 experiences among researchers. They also aim to increase awareness of gend
 er equality issues in academic careers. \n
