 tifs\nThe objectives of this workshop are:\n\n	Receive information about f
 unding organizations and suitable funding possibilities especially for wom
 en researchers (Switzerland and EU) and in respect of the academic level a
 nd career planning\n	Know the most important features about planning and p
 reparing an application and a research project\n	Practical exercises: anal
 ysis of the current career situation of each participant and work on the f
 irst part of an application. This part will be prepared by the participant
 s a couple of weeks before the course starts and according to trainer’s 
 requirements\n	Group coaching: participants present and discuss their care
 er concept within the group and receive feedback by the trainer\n\nApproac
 h\nTheory by the trainer combined with individual work\, practical exercis
 es\, group discussion and feedback. Practical exercises are based on CV an
 d career concept of each participant. The career concept will be prepared 
 by the participants before the workshop and according to trainer’s requi
 rements (details will be communicated at the latest two weeks before the w

 egard  \nThe REGARD programme is addressed to young female academics of t
 he next generation and for women professors of the universities of French-
 speaking Switzerland\, HES-SO and EPFL. The REGARD programme is organized 
 by the gender equality offices those institutions.  \nThe objective of th
 e REGARD program is to develop skills and offer concrete tools for career 
 management and supervision. These workshops also create spaces for discuss
 ion and exchange of experiences among researchers. They also aim to increa
 se awareness of gender equality issues in academic careers.
