DESCRIPTION:For the first time\, EPFL organizes an event for the occasio
 n of International Women’s Day\, focusing on the theme «Women’s Caree
 rs: What’s next after EPFL?». Co-organized by EPFL Alumni and the offi
 ce of Equality\, it aims to inspire and to share diverse career paths in t
 he domains of research and education\, industry\, entrepreneurship\, or f
 inance.\n\nThe event will be opened by Leïla Ojjeh\, Director of EPFL Al
 umni\, and Pierre Vandergheynst\, Vice-President of EPFL for Education.\n
 \nThis will be followed by the presentation of a McKinsey & Company study 
 entitled «Why Women Matter» by Nina Probst\, a McKinsey associate.\n\nEd
 itor-in-chief of the Bilan magazine\, Myret Zaki\, will then lead a round 
 table discussion that will bring together several EPFL graduates to talk a
 bout their careers :\n– Marilyne Andersen (PH’98 & PhD AR’04)\, de
 an of the ENAC Faculty at EPFL\n– Deborah Heintze (SV’ 12) co-founder 
 and COO of the startup Lunaphore\, active in the fight against cancer\n–

  management firm\n– Agnès Simon (BSc GM’ 93)\, senior business direct
 or at Medtronic Europe\n– Assia Garbinato (PhD IN’ 00) Head of Data Gr
