DESCRIPTION:Swiss Space Center\nWe wish to inform you that the Call for Pr
 oposals 2018 organised by the State Secretariat for Education\, Research a
 nd Innovation SERI/Swiss Space Office (SSO) for the promotion of Swiss com
 petences related to space activities\, is now open.\n \nThe main objectiv
 es of this Call for Proposals (also referred to as Mesure de Positionnemen
 t pour le spatial) are to foster and to promote Swiss technological and sc
 ientific competences that have a clear potential for space products and se
 rvices/applications. All relevant information\, including full details of 
 collaboration possibilities\, applicable rules and procedures are accessib
 le at www.sbfi.admin.ch/call2018.\n  \nThe SERI has mandated the Swiss S
 pace Center https://www.spacecenter.ch/activities/fundingopportunities/mdp
 / for the implementation of this Call for Proposals. All proposals should 
 be submitted to the Swiss Space Center\, by 25 April 2018. The SSO will in
 form the participants of the outcome of their proposals at the end of Augu
 st. The selected projects are scheduled to start in November 2018 for a du
 ration of up to 15 months\, and can each be awarded a maximum of 250’000
 .- CHF.
