DESCRIPTION:The Swiss EUREKA Project Office\, located at the State Secreta
 riat for Education\, Research and Innovation (SERI) and the Russian EUREKA
  Project Office\, located at the Moscow Technological University (MIREA) a
 re announcing a bilateral Call for outlines for joint innovation projects 
 under all suitable EUREKA instruments. The Call is open for all topics\, b
 ut focuses on the development of products and services within Electronics 
 (micro- and nanoelectronics\; microwave technology\, photonics) and Medici
 ne (biochemistry\, bioengineering\; medical equipment).\n \nConsortia sho
 uld include at least one company from each country. Organizations such as 
 research institutes and universities are welcome as additional participant
 s. The project must create an obvious advantage and added value resulting 
 from the cooperation between the participants from the two countries. Deve
 lopments for military applications are excluded. The project should demons
 trate the contribution of the participants from both countries in a balanc
 ed way\, and the project must be significant to both countries. Partners f
 rom other EUREKA countries may also participate with funding from their re
