DESCRIPTION:The Dr. Josef Steiner Cancer Foundation is accepting applicati
 ons for the 2019 Cancer Research Award.\n\nWho can apply \n\n	Early career
  scientists (~40 years old or less)\n	involved in basic and/or clinical ca
 ncer research (specifically\, translational research)\n	who are able to pr
 ovide the infrastructure needed to carry out the proposed project.\n	Prior
 ity will be given to scientists based in Europe.\n\n \nFunding\n\n\n	a pe
 rsonal prize of CHF 50’000.\n	a research grant of up to CHF 1’000’00
 0 over 4 years\n\n \nEligible costs\n\n\n	salaries for co-investigators o
 r staff (the applicant’s salary is NOT eligible)\n	equipment\n	operating
  costs.\n\n \nTimeline\n\n\n	Internal Deadline: 23 March 2018 - To obtain
  the Letter of Institutional Support (compulsory) submit your proposal to
