 iusion approximation limit theorem\, it is possible to study the stability
  of the soliton components of the solution of the Nonlinear Schrödinger a
 nd Korteweg - de Vries equations under random perturbations of the initial
  conditions.\nI will introduce these tools and show how\, for a wide class
  of rapidly oscillating random perturbations\, their use allows to reduce 
 this problem to the study of a canonical system of stochastic dierential e
 quations which only depends on the integrated covariance of the perturbati
 on.\nI will then discuss the situation when the perturbation is weak\, whi
 ch allows to analyze quantitatively the stability of solitons.
