DESCRIPTION:The Fulbright Program is the flagship international educationa
 l exchange program sponsored by the US Government\, designed to increase m
 utual understanding between the people of the United States and the people
  of other countries. It offers well-rounded applicants who are academicall
 y well prepared\, active in their community or even globally engaged the o
 pportunity to study\, research and teach in an institution of higher educa
 tion in the United States.\n \nFulbright Foreign Student Program\n\n	Who:
  students with undergraduate degree completed by fall 2018.\n	What: to pur
 sue studies at the master’s or Ph.D. level at any recognized institution
  of higher education in the US.\n	Funding: $ 20\,000 for one academic year
 .\n	Eligible costs: cost of tuition and other academic expenses.\n	Duratio
 n: 4-10 months (not renewable) between July 2019 and June 2020.\n	Start of
  Study/Research: August-September 2019.\n	Application Instructions\n\n\nFu
 lbright Visiting Scholar Program\n\n\n	Who: researchers\, university lectu
 rers and experts with a PhD or 5+ years of professional experience in thei
 r field of study. Applicants must be affiliated with a university or resea
 rch institution in Switzerland.\n	What: to conduct post-doctoral research\
 , lecture\, or pursue combined lecturing and research in the US.\n	Funding
 : $ 30\,000 for one academic year.\n	Eligible costs: a monthly stipend\, a
  one-time settling-in allowance\, a one-time professional allowance and li
 mited accident and medical coverage.\n	Duration: 3-10 months between July 
 2019 and June 2020.\n	Start of Study/Research: August 2019-April 2020. \n	
 Application Instructions\n\n \nGeneral Eligibility criteria: \n\n\n	Swiss
  citizenship: if you hold another citizenship\, apply via your citizenship
  country.\n	English proficiency: based on personal assessment\; TOEFL is N
 OT required at the application stage.  \n	Disciplines: All disciplines\, 
 except medicine (not including Public Health or medical research)\, dentis
 try\, and veterinary medicine (foreign medical graduates must apply direct
 ly via the ECFMG website).\n	NOT Eligible: US citizens and applicants who 
 are currently living or working in the US.\n\n \nDeadline: July 25\, 2018
