DESCRIPTION:The Mercator Stiftung supports:\n\n	Interdisciplinary and tran
 sdisciplinary scientific research\n	Doctoral fellowships\n	Knowledge trans
 fer\n\n\nThe Foundations supports projects in Switzerland that deal with c
 omplex social problems related to the areas of interest of the foundation:
  environmental issues\, youth education and participation\, and youth inte
 rnational exchange. The Foundation encourages the collaboration between na
 tural\, social sciences and the humanities.\n \nThe Foundation does NOT s
 upport overhead costs\, mobility fellowships\, technical innovations and p
 rojects close to industry and biotechnology\,  \n \nFunding: no upper o
 r lower limit (grants of up to CHF 10’000\, exceeding CHF 10’000 or ex
 ceeding CHF 200’000 can be awarded).\n \nRolling call: submit at least
