DESCRIPTION:The UK-based charity\, Wellcome Trust\, launched the Innovator
  Awards to support researchers who are transforming great ideas into healt
 hcare innovations that could have a significant and measurable impact on h
 uman health. You can work in any discipline on any type of technology. Ple
 ase\, find below:\n\n	Priority focus areas: diagnostics\, drug repurposing
 \, mental health\, but also neglected tropical diseases\, neurological dis
 orders and rare diseases. Applications from other areas may be considered.
 \n	Examples of technologies: therapeutics (small molecules or biologics)\,
  vaccines\, device\, digital technology and regenerative medicine. \n\n 
 \nWho can apply:\n\n\n	Individuals and teams from not-for-profit and comme
 rcial organisations worldwide.\n	Multidisciplinary teams\, involving both 
 non-for-profit and commercial organisations\, are particularly encouraged.
 \n	Please note: a Letter of Institutional Support is compulsory for applic
 ants who do not hold a tenured or permanent post.\n\n \nFunding: up to £
