DESCRIPTION:On 26th April 2018 a group of researchers and students of the 
 Laboratory for Soil Mechanics (LMS) visited a construction site of energy 
 piles in Yverdon-Les Bains (VD). The visit was guided by Daniel Leuenberge
 r and Didier Mulhauser of Marti Construction SA.\n\nThe installation techn
 ique developed by Marti Construction SA is very efficient\, so that during
  our rather short visit we had the opportunity to observe whole realizatio
 n process from drilling the borehole up to concreting reinforcing cage equ
 ipped with pipes.\n \nThe LMS wish to thank Marti Construction SA for the
 ir availability and explanations during the visit.
