DESCRIPTION:The Disease Models & Mechanisms (DMM) Conference Travel Grants
  are aimed at early career scientists wanting to attend scientific meeting
 s\, conferences\, workshops and courses relating to the areas of research
  covered by the journal around the world.\n \nWho can apply: PhD students
 \, early career post-doctoral researchers\, independent group leaders and 
 PIs with no independent funding.\n \nFunding: £400 within the home count
 ry and £600 for meetings overseas.\n \nEligible costs: registration fees
  (excluding membership costs)\, travel\, accommodation\, other.\n \nRestr
 ictions:\n\n	The date of travel must occur within six months from the awar
 d.\n	There must be only one application per laboratory.\n\n \nEvaluation 
 criteria: Each application will be judged on the excellence of the candida
 te and any work being presented in a talk or poster.\n \nDeadlines:\n\n\n
 	4 May 2018 (for travel after 18 June 2018)\n	17 August 2018 (for travel a
 fter 5 October 2018)\n	9 November 2018 (for travel after 17 December 201
