DESCRIPTION:The government of Israel offers scholarships to several countr
 ies including Switzerland to carry out doctoral and postdoctoral research 
 at an Israeli university for up to 8 months (non renewable).\n \nRestrict
 ions:\n\n	Scholarships are not available for veterinary and medicine studi
 es.\n	Candidates should hold a BA or BSc degree or higher and be under the
  age of 35.\n	Candidates to the doctoral program must be registered for Ph
 D studies in Israel.\n	Candidates to the postdoctoral program must provide
  an acceptance letter from an Israeli supervisor at an Israeli university.
 \n\n \nThe scholarship includes: \n\n\n	Partial tuition fees (50% up to a
  maximum of $ 6\,000 for tuition fees of $ 12\,000 and higher)\n	Monthly a
 llowance for one academic year (8 months only\, October until June)\n	Basi
 c health insurance\n\nSome institutions may only offer partial coverage:\n
 \n\n	Monthly allowance for one academic year (8 months only\, October unti
