 amic acid)-paclitaxel (PG-TXL) represents a few of nano-formulations that 
 had reached the stage of phase III clinical trials. This talk will provide
  an overview of the preclinical and clinical evaluations of PG-TXL\, and d
 iscuss lessons learned from this ordeal. While reflecting on issues concer
 ning clinical translation of nano-formulations\, this talk will provide fu
 ture perspectives on nanotechnology\, exemplified by both pharmacological 
 and physical approaches to modulate tumor stroma and enhance immune checkp
