 d urbanist\, Eduardo Rico is founding partner at the London-based practice
  Relational Urbanism\, and teaches at the Architectural Association and B
 artlett. He has developed a new approach to master-planning based on relat
 ional models that incorporate architectural concepts\, stakeholder negotia
 tions\, site constraints and urban policy.
