DESCRIPTION:Last chance to apply for SERI Seed Money Grants with ASEAN cou
 ntries!\n \nEligible partner countries: Brunei Darussalam\, Cambodia\, In
 donesia\, Lao PDR\, Malaysia\, Myanmar\, Philippines\, Thailand and Vietna
 m.  \n \nThe call is open to all scientific disciplines and fields of re
 search. It allows Swiss and ASEAN partners to initiate new projects togeth
 er\, establish new research partnerships\, connect existing but separately
  funded research projects and develop a joint project proposal.\n \nWho c
 an apply: \n\n	As PI: senior scientist with a permanent position at an eli
 gible Swiss institution. Applications by doctoral students must be submitt
 ed by their supervisors.\n	As Partner: researcher holding a faculty or sen
 ior scientist position or a doctoral degree (or equivalent) with several y
 ears of research experience) affiliated with a university or a public rese
 arch institute from one of the partner countries.\n\n \nFunding & Duratio
 n: max. CHF 10’000 for up to 12 months.\n\n\n	Eligible costs: salary (on
 ly in preparation of a joint proposal)\, roundtrip flight\, accommodation\
 , consumables and equipment for meetings. Young researchers’ salary is N
 OT eligible as this is covered by Mobility Grants.  \n	Cash and in-kind c
 ontributions from both the Swiss and the ASEAN partner are expected.\n\n
