DESCRIPTION:The University of Geneva (UNIGE) has been mandated by the Swis
 s State Secretariat for Education\, Research and Innovation (SERI) as Lead
 ing House for cooperation in Science and Technology between academic actor
 s in Switzerland and the following countries: Azerbaijan\, Armenia\, Belar
 us\, Georgia\, Kazakhstan\, Kyrgyzstan\, Moldova\, Mongolia\, Tajikistan\,
  Turkmenistan\, Ukraine and Uzbekistan. In this role\, UNIGE provides seed
  funding to joint projects in all disciplines.\n \nDeadline: 14 July 2018
 \n \nWho can apply:\n\n	The PI must be from a Swiss eligible institution 
 and the Co-PI from a university or public research institute from the part
 ner country.\n	Applications by PhD students and Postdoctoral scientists mu
 st be submitted by their supervisors.\n	Senior applicants are encouraged t
 o involve junior researchers from both sides in their projects.\n\n \nFun
 ding: up to CHF 10’000 for max 2 years.\n\n\n	For what: mobility from or
  to Switzerland.\n	Eligible costs: travel\, accommodation\, workshops\, fa
 cilities use and/or other expenses\, if duly justified.\n	Regular salary c
 osts for project participants will NOT be considered.\n\n \nFor more info
