DESCRIPTION:COST (European Cooperation in Science and Technology) is an in
 tergovernmental framework supporting transnational cooperation among resea
 rchers\, engineers and scholars across Europe. COST Actions allow European
  researchers to jointly develop their own ideas in any science and technol
 ogy field but do not fund the research itself. Multi- and interdisciplinar
 y proposals are encouraged. \n\nDeadline: the next collection date is 29 
 November 2018 at 12:00 noon (CET)\n\nWho can apply: The proposal (max. 15 
 pages) for a new Action needs to be prepared jointly by researchers from a
 t least seven Full or Cooperating COST Members\; Out of the seven\, a mini
 mum of 50% must be Inclusiveness Target Countries. Participants planning t
 o submit a proposal for a COST Action will need to refer to the SESA guide
