DESCRIPTION:Dr. Kohei Kamada (Center for Theoretical Physics of the Univer
se\, Daejeon\, Korea)\nIn the presence of the chiral asymmetry and magneti
c fields\, electric currents parallel to \nthe magnetic fields are known
to be induced through the chiral anomaly\, which is now \ncalled as the c
hiral magnetic effect. This effect gives the positive feed back so that th
e \nmagnetic fields feels instability. In this talk\, I discuss the reali
zation of this mechanism\nin the early Universe in which (hyper)magnetic f
ields are amplified. \nEspecially I focus on how this effect is embedded
in the cosmological magnetohydrodynamics \nand argue the fate of (hyper)m
agnetic fields and chiral asymmetry in the early Universe. \nThe relation
s to the present intergalactic magnetic fields as well as the baryon\nasym
metry of the Universe are also discussed. As an application\, I show that
the old SU(5)\nGUT baryogenesis can be revived as the indirect origin of t
he present matter antimatter \nasymmetry through the (hyper)magnetic fiel
ds\, otherwise the electroweak sphaleron process\nwill washout the asymmet
 ry and spoil the mechanism.
