DESCRIPTION:Aim: Since the National Glaucoma Research (NGR) program began 
 in 1978\, BrightFocus has awarded nearly $33 million to support research p
 rojects on the causes and potential prevention and treatment of this disea
 se. Postdoctoral fellowship awards are intended for young researchers in t
 heir final stages of mentored training. These awards fund projects in an e
 stablished laboratory that will serve as the basis for the applicant's own
  independent research career.\n \nDuration: 2 years\n \nFunding: USD $20

  and senior postdoctoral fellows. Applicants with pending appointments are
