DESCRIPTION:The Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF) awards PRIMA gran
 ts to outstanding women researchers in all disciplines at postdoctoral lev
 el who aim to pursue an academic career as a professor in Switzerland. PRI
 MA grants promote the scientific independence and autonomy of highly quali
 fied women researchers with excellent research ideas\, thereby increasing 
 their chances of obtaining a professorship at a higher education instituti
 on in Switzerland. Women with untypical career paths are also eligible to 
 apply for funding under PRIMA.\nPRIMA grants are flexible\, cover salaries
  and project costs and allow mobility. If a PRIMA grantee is appointed to 
 a professorship at a higher education institution in Switzerland before th
 e grant expires\, she may take all remaining PRIMA funds with her.\n \nFu
 nding and duration\n\n	Funding amount: max. 750’000 CHF for 5 years (pro
 ject funds) + PI’s salary\n	Duration: 36 to 60 months (earliest start Se
 ptember 2019)\n\n \nDeadlines\n\n\n	EPFL internal deadline: October 15th 
 2018 (see complete procedure in the EPFL Application Package)\n	SNSF submi
 ssion deadline: November 1st 2018 (Application must be submitted on the my
