 ozens of functionally distinct glycosidases and glycosyltransferases that 
 act sequentially and often competitively. Using an innovative FRET-flow cy
 tometric quantification approach  we study the supramolecular organization
  of glycosylation pathways and their alterations in specific diseases and 
 cancers.
